​Sonia Rodriguez-Molitor

Sonia holds a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Dance from Texas Woman's University. She also earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and a registered massage therapist, Sonia Rodriguez has been involved in the Pilates and the fitness industry since 1991. She was introduced to Pilates at Texas Woman's University through the dance program and then went on to complete a comprehensive Pilates certification through Good Body's PilateSystem. Sonia was the first to introduce Pilates into the fitness industry in El Paso, Texas.

 

She is also the former Team Manager for both Peak Pilates and Bodyblade teacher trainer teams for Mad Dogg Athletics.  As well as,  former member of the Peak Pilates Educational Development Team and Master Trainer.  This took her career into the international market giving her the opportunity to teach in South America, Europe, Asia, Mexico, and throughout the United States, 

 

In 1994, she and her husband created El Paso Personal Trainers, Incorporated DBA Pilates International. Today it continues to operate as a Pilates Fitness Studio and Life Coaching center. Rance Molitor is the co-founder and President of El Paso Personal Trainers, Incorporated. Rance has a background in sales that spans over 45 years and has owned several businesses throughout his career. He has been successful in the fields of commodity trading, franchise start-ups and operations, insurance, direct sales, real estate, fitness, and wellness. He also has over 26 years of experience as a speaker, trainer and coach for individuals and companies in the areas of fitness, wellness, finances, achievement, business development, and personal development, and real estate.

 

Rance Molitor has been involved in the fitness industry since 1991 and is one of El Paso's pioneers in the fitness and wellness industry. 

​Rance has been a certified personal Trainer with AFAA since 1991, a registered massage therapist with the state of Texas since 1992, and a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor with Good Bodys PilateSystem™ since 1995.  In 1991, Rance founded Personal Trainers of El Paso (PTEP), the largest and first personal training facility of its kind.  He has made several apperances on local television stations in El Paso such as KVIA and KTSM.  For several years he was the guest host for a successful morning fitness show on KTSM and KVIA.
